What artists can expect from NewSound Network:
When an artist makes the choice to use NSN’s services to further their career, they should expect absolute professionalism, dedication and impeccable quality. What the NewSound Network is offering to artists is a multi-faceted helping hand. We want to do the grunt work so that all our artists have to worry about is their art.
NSN works with talented artists at many different levels. If there is already a polished, professional product in place, NSN will assemble a team to vigorously promote and distribute that product. If an artist has incredible talent but lacks the "package" necessary to generate an audience, NSN can create a marketing package, tailored to the artist’s particular style. Whatever the situation, the NewSound Network is able to cut costs and save time for artists who are otherwise "ready to go".

What The NewSound Network expects of the artists:
The NewSound Network begins its workday with the selection process. As we receive tracks from artists, we enlist our A&R staff to listen and choose the best songs from the submissions. Once we have chosen the artists that best meet our musical guidelines, we look for some of the following things:
- A completed CD (fully mixed & mastered)
- A professional-looking Website
- A professional logo design
- Magazine-quality photographs
- Professionally written bio
If all or some of these prerequisites are not in place for a chosen artist, NSN is able to forward the project to one of our affiliates or use our in-house team of designers and writers to create a polished presentation. This would include all elements involved with creating a brand, such as designing a logo, promotional art, product development and building a public image. After the "grooming" process is finished, we will begin promotion of the project starting with placement of the artist’s CD in the buySOUL.com store as well as other online stores and affiliated retail stores across the country. Each of the artists will be featured on our official website and be thoroughly promoted through this site with appearances on our Featured Artist page, News & articles page and when possible, showcased on our Video page. A song from each approved CD will also receive regular rotation on NSN Radio.
